Forensic Psychology Project Ideas

I am a university student studying Psychology and I am currently thinking of ideas about my 3rd year dissertation.

I am extremely interested in studying Forensic Psychology, and would love to research a topic within this area. However, I am unsure of how I would carry out any type of quantitative analysis on any of the topics. I am interested in criminal profiling, eyewitness testimony and jury selection.

Given that I am encouraged to use other students as my participants and would like to research something slightly new or different, I really have no idea where to start.

I am not sure exactly what I'm asking, however I was hoping that if you could offer any information in these areas, it would be very much appreciated.

Thank you for your time.
