Ethical Concerns in Assessments after having been a therapist for the client
by: Jennifer

Does anyone know of references addressing the ethical concerns of engaging in psychological/forensic assessments AFTER having been the previous therapist for an individual, specifically a child in the context of a custody hearing? I'm trying to find references that I could use to properly inform the attorneys in such a case and the Court.
